Website copywriting
A site that argues your case, page by page.
This is the page that has to hold when someone lands cold and knows nothing about you yet — the only package here built around a whole-site narrative arc, not a single moment of persuasion.
Who this is for
- Launching a new site, or relaunching one that describes you accurately and still doesn’t move anyone to act.
- A marketing lead who needs Home, About and core service pages to read as one argument, not six separate briefs.
- A non-native English team that needs the English edition to read as if it were written first in English, not translated into it.
Who it isn't
- You need one page for one offer, fast. → Landing pages.
- You need a steady stream of blog or SEO content after launch. → Content retainer or SEO content.
- Your positioning itself is still unsettled — sales, marketing and the founder describe the company three different ways. → Start with Brand messaging.
What you get
Every tier includes: page-by-page copy structured for the build (headline, subheads, body, one call to action per page), SEO title and meta description per page, and a short narrative brief that ties the pages into one argument before writing starts.

Delivery
The brief for this one starts with a site map, not a single offer — we confirm the page list and each page’s one job before a word is drafted, so nothing gets written twice.

Welcome to Acme Software. We are a passionate team dedicated to providing innovative solutions for businesses of all sizes. Our mission is to leverage cutting-edge technology to help you succeed in today’s competitive landscape. Contact us to learn more about what we can do for you.
- 1. Nobody buys “passionate.” Say what the product does.
- 2. Name the actual product. “Solutions” is the word you reach for when you won’t say what you sell.
- 3. Delete. This sentence would survive, unedited, on any competitor’s site — that’s the tell.
- 4. Ends on a question, not a decision. Say what happens next.
After
Acme tracks inventory across three warehouses in real time, so you stop shipping orders you can’t fill. Set it up in an afternoon. See your first stock count today.
Two revision rounds are included in every package. If the second draft still misses the brief, the next one's on us. Anything outside the stated deliverables is quoted separately, before you approve it — never added afterward.

Do you need our final design before writing, or can you write first?
Copy-first works fine — most clients brief us before or alongside the build. We write to a page’s intended structure, not to finished visual comps.
What if we don’t have brand guidelines yet?
Not required. The brief covers positioning and audience directly. If your language is genuinely inconsistent across the company, the Brand messaging service is worth doing first — but it isn’t a prerequisite.
What if our site needs more than 12 pages?
Extra pages are quoted separately, at the same per-page rate as the Flagship tier, once we know the site map.
Do you design the pages too?
No — this is text, delivered ready to drop into your build, in whatever format your team works in (document, CMS-ready blocks, or plain text).
What happens if a page’s scope changes mid-project?
A moderate shift is absorbed by the two included revision rounds. A genuine change in the page list itself is a new brief for the added pages, quoted before we start them.
