Email copywriting
Emails written for how inboxes actually get read.
This is the only service sold by the individual unit as well as the bundle, because sometimes what you need is one message fast, not a project.
Who this is for
- A list that gets opened and ignored, or barely opened at all.
- A launch or onboarding flow that doesn’t exist yet.
- Needing one message, fast — a single campaign, not a full sequence.
Who it isn't
- You need a sales page, not an email. → Landing pages.
- You need email as part of a steady monthly output alongside blog and landing updates. → Content retainer.
- Your list is genuinely unsegmented and you don’t yet know who’s on it. → Worth a conversation first.
What you get
Every tier includes: subject-line variants for testing, preview text, one clear call to action per email, and send-pacing notes.
Packages
Single campaign email
A single announcement, promotion, or one-off send.
- One email — subject line (two variants), preview text, body copy, one call to action.
2 revision rounds included
Welcome sequence — 5 emails
New signups or customers who currently get nothing, or one generic email, after they join.
- A five-email onboarding sequence.
- Subject-line variants and preview text per email, one call to action each.
- A send-timing recommendation for the sequence.
2 revision rounds included
Launch/nurture sequence — 10 emails
A product launch or a longer nurture arc that needs more room than five emails give it.
- A ten-email sequence (launch or nurture).
- Subject-line variants and preview text per email.
- A pacing map showing when each email sends and why, one call to action each.
2 revision rounds included
Or, just one email — the Single campaign email package is sold on its own, not just as part of a bundle.
How this one runs

Delivery
For sequences, the brief maps the trigger and the goal of each email before drafting starts, so the sequence has a reason to exist beyond “more emails.”

- 1. Urgency with nothing behind it reads as spam before it’s even opened.
- 2. Banned phrase, and it says nothing. Just tell them what’s in the email.
- 3. One offer, one link. A catalog is a maze — nobody clicks a maze.

Can I really buy just one email?
Yes — the Single campaign email tier exists for exactly that. Not every need is a sequence.
Do you set the sequence up in my email platform?
No — we deliver copy; you or your ESP admin loads it in. We write with common platform constraints in mind.
What if I need more than ten emails?
Quoted as a separate addition, or worth moving to the Content retainer if the need is ongoing.
Do you write the subject lines too?
Yes, with variants included so you can test.
My list has different segments — how does that work?
Note it in the brief. The sequence is built around the primary segment; variants for a second segment are quoted separately.
