Brand messaging & voice
The document every other piece of copy checks against.
This is the only service here that doesn’t hand you copy to publish — it hands you the reference that keeps every future piece of writing, including the other five services on this site, sounding like one company said it.
Who this is for
- After a raise, a pivot, or a rebrand, sales, marketing and the founder each describe the company differently.
- Every new hire, freelancer, or AI session re-invents the voice from scratch, and it shows.
- You’re about to commission a lot of copy and want it consistent from the first piece, not the fifth.
Who it isn't
- You just need one page written now and your positioning is already clear enough to brief. → Website copywriting or Landing pages.
- Your voice is already consistent and documented. This would duplicate work you’ve done.
What you get
Every tier includes: a written document, not a slide deck — something you can circulate internally and hand to any future writer, freelancer, or AI session as the standing reference.

Delivery
The brief here starts with your existing material, not a blank page — we audit what’s already been said before proposing what should be said instead.

Before — positioning statement
We are a dynamic, forward-thinking company committed to delivering best-in-class solutions that exceed our clients’ expectations through innovation, collaboration and excellence.
- 1. Every clause here could sit on a competitor’s site unedited. That’s not a positioning statement — it’s a null result.
- 2. Banned on this site too. If a phrase doesn’t survive our own vocabulary rules, it doesn’t survive yours.
After
We build the accounting software for agencies that bill by the hour and hate spreadsheets. If you invoice a client for time, this replaces the spreadsheet you’re using to do it.
Two revision rounds are included in every package. If the second draft still misses the brief, the next one's on us. Anything outside the stated deliverables is quoted separately, before you approve it — never added afterward.

Do you write our website copy too?
Yes, as a separate service. The Messaging platform is the reference; website, landing-page, and email copy are scoped and priced on top of it.
What format does the deliverable come in?
A written document you can share internally — not a slide deck you have to present to explain.
Is the team workshop remote or in person?
Remote by default. In-person is available for Warsaw-based teams on request.
How is this different from a visual brand book?
This is about language specifically — positioning, vocabulary, voice — not logos, colour or layout. It pairs with a visual identity project; it doesn’t replace one.
Is this overkill for a small team?
The Audit tier exists for exactly that — a lighter, faster diagnosis without the full platform.
