Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
Who we are
These terms govern purchases made on yourlastcopywriter.com, operated by yourlastcopywriter, Łomiańska 18C, 01-685 Warszawa, Poland (support@yourlastcopywriter.com, 518 928 574). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
What we sell
Six productised copywriting services, each sold as three fixed-price packages, described in full — deliverables, turnaround, and revision rounds — on each service's page and on the pricing page. Prices are shown in EUR, excluding VAT, with an indicative PLN conversion shown for reference only; the order is billed in EUR.
Placing an order
Submitting the checkout form sends an order request, not a completed purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Placing an order means accepting the scope, price and turnaround stated for the package or packages in your order, along with any project details you provide in the brief.
Prices and VAT
All prices are shown excluding VAT. At checkout: 23% Polish VAT applies to buyers billing from Poland, and to consumers elsewhere in the EU who don't provide a valid EU VAT ID; a valid EU VAT ID from a country other than Poland applies the reverse-charge mechanism (0% VAT, to be accounted for by you under the reverse-charge rules in your own country); business buyers outside the EU are charged 0% VAT. The applicable rate is shown before you complete payment.
Payment
Payment isn't collected on this website. After we confirm your order, we send a secure payment link by email; payment is due in full through that link before work begins. Work begins once payment is confirmed and the brief is complete.
Delivery of digital services
Each package states its turnaround on the service page, pricing page, and at checkout. The turnaround clock starts once your brief is confirmed in writing and pauses while we're waiting on your answers or feedback. Copy is delivered electronically, in the format agreed at briefing.
Revisions
Two revision rounds are included in every package. Revisions address whether the delivered draft meets the brief you confirmed; requests that expand the original scope (new pages, new deliverables, a materially different brief) are treated as an addition and quoted separately before we begin that work.
Right of withdrawal and cancellation
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full, staged terms specific to copywriting engagements, including how the EU 14-day right of withdrawal applies to digital services.
Ownership of the delivered copy
On full payment, ownership of the final, delivered copy transfers to you. We may keep a copy of delivered work in our own records for accounting and quality purposes, but we don't publish it as our own work or reuse your specific wording for another client.
Your responsibilities
To hit the stated turnaround, we need timely, direct answers to the brief and clear feedback on drafts, measured against the original brief. Delays in your responses extend the delivery date accordingly.
Confidentiality
We treat the content of your brief and any material you share with us as confidential, and don't disclose it to third parties except where necessary to deliver the service (for example, a subcontracted writer bound by the same confidentiality obligation).
Retainer terms
Content retainer packages are billed monthly and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice; the retainer continues, and the current month's volume is still delivered, through the end of the then-current paid month.
Liability
Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Polish or EU consumer law.
Complaints
If something about an order isn't right, email support@yourlastcopywriter.com with your order reference. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own country of residence as an EU consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it. Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above.
