Billing & VAT
Are these prices including or excluding VAT?
Excluding. The cart adds a VAT line based on your billing country and VAT ID, shown before you pay.
What VAT rate will I actually pay?
23% Polish VAT applies to Polish buyers and to EU consumers without a valid VAT ID. A valid EU VAT ID from outside Poland applies the reverse-charge mechanism (0%). Non-EU business buyers pay 0%.
I have an EU VAT ID — where do I enter it?
At checkout, in Billing details. A valid ID from outside Poland switches your order to reverse-charge automatically.
Why is PLN shown next to the EUR price?
For reference — EUR is the price we bill in; PLN is an indicative conversion at a fixed rate (≈ EUR × 4.30) so Polish buyers can compare against the local market. The cart total is always EUR-authoritative.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes — we issue an invoice for every order, once it’s confirmed and paid. It’s sent to the email address on your order.
Indicative conversion — PLN ≈ EUR × 4.30. Checkout is billed in EUR.
