Who we are

yourlastcopywriter, Łomiańska 18C, 01-685 Warszawa, Poland, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact us about anything in this policy at support@yourlastcopywriter.com.

What we collect

When you contact us or place an order, we collect the personal data you give us directly: name, email address, phone number (where you provide it), and postal or billing address. When you browse the site, and only after you've given consent, Google Analytics 4 collects standard usage data (pages viewed, general location at country/city level, device type) — see our Cookie Policy for the full detail and how to withdraw that consent at any time.

Why we collect it, and on what basis

  • Order and account data (name, email, phone, billing address) is processed to perform the contract when you buy a package — to confirm your brief, deliver your copy, issue an invoice, and provide support (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Bookkeeping and invoicing records are kept to comply with Polish tax and accounting law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Analytics data is processed only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Contact-form enquiries are processed to respond to you, based on our legitimate interest in running the business and answering enquiries sent to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Order and invoicing records are kept for as long as required by Polish tax and accounting law — currently five years from the end of the tax year in which the order was placed. Contact-form enquiries that don't result in an order are kept only as long as needed to answer them, and are deleted or anonymised after a reasonable period if no further contact follows. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' own default retention settings, applied only while your consent is active.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate the site and deliver your order — for example a payment provider to process your order, and our hosting provider. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Where analytics consent is given, usage data is processed by Google as a separate controller/processor under its own terms; some of that data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, in which case Google's standard contractual clauses (or an equivalent safeguard) apply. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; have data erased where there's no legal reason for us to keep it; restrict or object to certain processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time, for processing based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email support@yourlastcopywriter.com — we respond within one month, as required by law. If you believe we've mishandled your data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (PUODO).

Cookies

See our Cookie Policy for the full list of cookies and similar technologies we use, and how to manage your consent.

Children

This site is directed at businesses and professionals, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above. Material changes affecting analytics or consent will also be reflected in the cookie-consent banner.
